Privacy protection

Cleaners.Brussels processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

• Account: name, first name, email address, preferred language.
• Reports: photo, location, category, description, date.

Purpose

Your data is used exclusively to forward your report to the competent cleanliness department (municipality or Region) and to keep you informed of its handling. It is never sold or used commercially.

Photos

Photos are reprocessed before storage: all metadata (including GPS location) is removed. Avoid photographing people or licence plates.

Recipients

The cleanliness department of the municipality concerned, the Brussels-Capital Region (for regional roads) and the platform administrator.

Hosting and transfers

Your data is hosted on servers located within the European Union. It is not transmitted to any third party, other than the competent authorities listed above, and does not leave the European area.

Your rights

You can delete your account and data yourself using the form below. For access to or rectification of your data, write to contact@renaud.brussels.
